I don't think it's designed to be opened and fixed like that. Once its broken, then that's it

I bought ix pro i love it my problem is when i set my ringtones. It unset it self in few hour or when i restart i get removed my tone bck to its mobicel tone everytime it does this 😢😢😢😢any help?

Nope to the colour palettes question . I’m not sure of the Android updates to be honest. Mobicel hasn’t been so clear with that and usually with these entry level phones they stay with the version they have indefinitely

Please try it out, that way it will confirm that 8gb ram works well on games that require high specs on mobile devices. Cause 2k for 8gb and an core should make the phone worth 10k upwards on a performance in that perspective💫
