Animals here in Canada can be transported for up to 52 hours without food, water or rest in extreme temperatures and sadly, the agriculture industry is becoming more centralized and animals are travelling further, so I approve of these mobile slaughterhouses, as it's kinder to the animals.

Can you have a unit that breaks down the meat cut, wrap and sell? We live in Alaska with 3 USDA plants but only 1that will put the stamp on USDA inspected allowing us to resale. The one that will is 8 hours away.
