@@anha1985 I have currently found the issue. From the V63 or 64 Quest Software (I can't remember which one) has blocked us from accessing our files permissions. Currently I do not know if it has been fixed or not due to me not being on my quest in a while. Please contact me if it has been fixed, thank you.

So you help a lot, but there was one problem when you click Step 1 request access. It pops you up 2 where there's a lot of files for me. It heals no files and when I click data, it shows no file.
