Hi Rober! Wouldn't it be more appropriate to couple balanced antennas with a balun? have you tried something about it ?. Congratulations and thank you! for your videos and for sharing. Your explanations are very clear and detailed. It is comprehensive and very easy to follow and understand.

I imagine that at this frequency the (capacitative) losses in a balun would outweigh the advantage. I might be wrong!

I can never get much directivity out of a moxon! They do better than a dipole or ground plane but the vertical radiation pattern seems more like a figure 8 in that if I point the antenna & then rotate it 180 degrees I get much the same results. Wondering if you had a chance to check the front-to-back ratio on yours?
