Cause malaysia is still one of the top 3 regions in SEA aside from indo and ph and both of these teams have two representatives so malaysia in some sense also has two reps. But one is HB in the wildcard.. unlike singapore who perforemed poorly in recent international events in which before it always have 2 reps. But now they only have one and that is the winner of their mpl.. so moontoon putting HB in wildcard just says, malaysia is still a strong region contender..
