I found technoblade after he had passed on. I just stumbled upon him about a year ago. Then, his voice would sound so gentle and kind. I found myself falling asleep to that voice. I would download the videos so I could listen to them at camp. Then, one day, on tik tok, I found out that he had died a little while ago, and that it was his birthday. I thought it was fake. I started to search through his videos, looking for how he died. Cancer. That stupid son of a gun. How dare it kill that man. He was just a boy… I cried heavily that night, weeping, mourning the loss of a friend. I miss you technoblade. I know I didn’t know you for a long time, but you still comfort me as I go to sleep. He’s right you know. Technoblade never dies. His memory will never die. Rest in peace, techno o7

Legit towards the end when he was alone after being a lonely wanderer the whole game I had the thought that this video seemed like some kind of tragic fantasy season finale where the main character is already dead and walks through an amalgamation of their deeds in life one last time before truly passing on. o7

My heart goes out to Tommy. I feel like at the beginning of his career he was pigeon holed as the annoying younger brother of the group but you could tell he was just so passionate about creating and genuinely loves his friends. Cancer is a thief, a time bandit, a dream-stealer, a hope-pincher, a life-snatcher. A dreadful disease that robs us of so much: of time, of friends, of love, of memories never to be made. With every new loss I feel more shattered and broken and I wish with all my heart someone in my lifetime will discover a cure. With each life lost I am left with so many unanswered questions: Why do bad things happen to good people?

I haven’t even started the video, but thank you Tommy and Technodad. Truly, *thank you.* Techno has been my favorite KZbinr for 4 years, and always will be. I named my cat Dave in 2021. I don’t know exactly how to express what I’m feeling right now, but I know I’m thankful, and I know I’m happy.
