Thanks for the video and I was able to dremel the top of the bolts. I had problems figuring out where the rest of the screws were and this solved it for me !

What kind of grease did you use to lubricate the ignition lock cylinder before reinstalling it?

Don't recall. Wouldn't think it would matter much. Not using much.

My zx2 has been having trouble starting. The starter has been changed twice. Recently I saw a little trail of smoke come out of that connector thing on the left side. I'm hoping changing this will fix all my issues.

what's the name of the break off style bolt is called or if they make a extraction tool for it

If you watched the video (at 30 sec mark) I showed cutting a slot in it to use a screw driver to remove it. No special tool needed just a chisel and hammer. Their is no "tool" for a headless bolt. It is a theft deterrent.
