the bit at 7:20 where it looks like he's repairing a damaged fragment that flaked off during disassembly is the speaker cover. You might find it still attached to the old screen you've removed. He seems to use translucent solvent for that bit (?in case it seeps into selfie cam), so I used clear superglue rightly or wrongly, as I only had the black 7000 glue (ebay £1.99 or so), which I used for rest of sticking everything back together, but the black stuff probably would have been fine (don't use superglue, as you want something with shock/flex absorbing properties that won't be brittle over time). If your screen is smashed, careful with the tiny fragments falling on your work surface as they can scratch up your new parts. Worth buying a cheap pry tool, as even with one was hard to get started, and easy to scratch up casing if having to try lots to get in.
