Let's just say I've had to contact mobile x customer care twice and they were quick and also keep the tickets open and check in with you to make sure the issue hasn't come back and total wireless customer care don't even know which promos they got going on

Anything is better than total wireless. I had a terrible time with their customer service and they were overpriced. When mobile x has contacted me as far as customer service it was via email in the middle of the night. With a little research on my part online and their customer service I was able to resolve my issues. I live in an older house that I rent and to use broadband or fixed wifi or satellite would cost a fortune as far as installation. I am 71 years young and love having unlimited data. Originally their plan was 30 GB of data for $25. I don't use 200 GB of data closer to 50. This is an excellent plan for someone like me who's on a fixed budget and doesn't have Internet access unless you go down the road to a restaurant or the library. I enjoy watching Tubi TV and you tube in addition to my over the air TV. It's all free! I pay my $25 and everything else is gravy! This way I can afford to visit my 93 year old stepmother once a year. Dude you are spoiled if you use over 200 GB a month of data. I wouldn't know what to do with it if I could. Even though I'm retired I have stuff I'm always needing to do. In fact I need to walk my dog again who is resting quietly in my lap. I spent much of my day raking and leaf blowing. Mobile X announced that effective Jan 1, 2025, the “unlimited mobile” switches to 30gb. The 200gb limit was a promotion only. This just doesn’t make sense with US Mobiles 25.00 plan.

Look up two other companies like lexvor wireless that uses Verizon network and link up mobile who uese Att network can you do a video about they plans and also what happened to wing mobile and Los Mobile are they still around

if you go for stright talk $25 plan why not go for $25 plan for US mobile Unlimited Starter Plan that slows down after 35G and you can choose your network of ATT Tmobile or Verizon

I switched to Total. Not sure why people complain about website and app. That stuff doesn’t matter if you are on an unlimited plan. Total’s biggest issue is their customer service.

Totals customer service is absolutely the worse. I don't think their customer service reps can go to the bathroom without checking their "Tools" which is code for texting their support so they can give you an answer, maybe.

@@CalvinTennessee yea i realized that, i chose to go with total wireless which was 50% off if u bring your own device. Unlimited data, unlimited hotspot, and amazing international perks. Plus verizon is amazing in my area!
