LOVE your vids. I’ve been a fitness fan most of my life... recovering from my 2nd hip replacement and your vids have done more to help me recover my mobility than any physiotherapy has. Love your background music and your voice. Keep ‘em coming! ❤️🇨🇦

Found your channel around a week ago and I have to say I love what you do. Your videos are just what I’ve been needing to get myself out of being in constant neck/shoulder/hip flexor pain!! You’ve also made me realise i need to focus on getting range of motion back in all my joints before trying to gain any more muscle. Thank you!

Thank you. I'm recovering from a severe displaced hip with complications from a posterior pelvic tilt. Extremely difficult to heal. So all flow hip and dynamic movements are excellent. Thank you and I will do this every day

reallly appreciate this as an athlete. could u make please make a V2 of this in which u also do a little more of knees and ankles this does knees and ankles but if u know some more movement, mobility patterns for the hips and legs please share

Hey man, I've been incorporating many of these moves into my mobility time, much appreciated! When I do the transitional 90-90 (the last move in the video), I get crunching and cracking in my hips, though without pain. Any ideas about what I'm doing wrong and how to improve?
