what was it that helped the shift

Damn, so much good stuff in here. Using specific unilateral movements to get muscles firing and increasing proprioception as part of a warmup is something I'm going to try immediately. Might not fully fix imbalances, but a quick and easy way to prevent any further asymmetries.

I like to foam roll while holding a 10lb plate and extending my shoulders past my head. Similar to the pullover. Thanks Dr.Quinn!

amazing video! i have one question from the beginning movement when they are lying down and foot is on the wall. on the inhale part after they exhaled everything do you keep the core braced and just inhale but not losing the tightness you made with your core if this question makes sense?
@JuggernautTrainingSystems8 жыл бұрын
Yes, trying to increase pressure constantly through the inhale.

17:50 "Don't spend 20 minutes on a foam roller thinking you're breaking up tissue, because you're not." Care to explain?
@TheDemonPowder8 жыл бұрын
TFB Phoenix Dr Quinn has a video on Juggernauts channel breaking down some myths about stretching and foam rolling if you care to watch. It's pretty interesting
@BobSmith-dt6xs8 жыл бұрын
You will never be able to provide enough force to break up muscle tissue; it's pretty damn strong. You don't want to break up muscle tissue anyway, that's called rhabdomyolysis and leads to blood poisoning and eventually death. People who are crushed by cars have muscle breakdown and it's an extremely dangerous condition.
