Just my feedback: This video would have been much more useful if the camera were placed to show the surroundings more clearly. That was especially true in the grocery store. All we could see clearly was a close up of the instrument panel and the handlebars. Couldn't see the surroundings to get an idea of the clearances, and how easy it was to maneuver around. Also, we need to know if can actually go through the cash register checkout aisle. The ride over rougher terrain was only marginally better, still basically featuring a view of the speedometer. Perhaps a helmet mounted action camera would help, or maybe one of those chest-mount harnesses.

This mobility scooter is too big to take inside of a grocery store but, it's nice to ride on a sidewalk and go to the store. This scooter must be parked and locked outside the store. When you are finished shipping, then you load the groceries in the basket and go on home.
