In that same story, if Black Flash had enough time to make contact with Wally before he reached the end of the universe Wally aparently would have died but he made it there just before getting death touched.......The only explination I can give is the Black flashes touch is selective as fuck. In other words, the black flash insta kills when it's convenient for the writters.

If we are making it the 1v1 it is wally does beat death in theory not more or less fight wise but considering he out ran death to the edge of the universe we must give it to wally basically saying he "beat" death. But in reality anything that is able to die will die wally just decided not that day low key difficult to try to break down though.

Actually stamina goes to blackflash he has endless stamina in the comics he and barry fought and barry stopped running for 2 minutes 2 times meanwhile blackflash was still chasing barry without a break as for wally in the comic the darkest night wally west barry allen jay Garrick and kid flash stopped time so they could catch a break from running from the darkest night so this proves wally does need to take a break however in every comic blackflash comes in he does not take a break even for a second especially when he out ran barry it got even worst
