When I was a young man in the 1960s/1970s we made bread just like your recipe. Healthy, organic, and whole wheat was the order of the day as we learned to make our own food. Thank you for the wonderful memories. The toppings you chose also look delicious, some of my favorites. So peaceful to watch your video with my morning coffee, thank you.
Hello, Mocha! I enjoy your videos, beautiful landscapes, all that prepare, specially bread and coffee too! Your playlist! Wonderful Music! Thanks for all! Greetings from Perú!
Thank you for another soothing and mouth watering video! Can't believe that it will be time for you to break out the cute Christmas decorations again, which is how I discovered your channel a couple of years ago.... thanks again and keep up the hard work

Thank you for another VLOG. You’re simple bread looks delicious! I love the big air pockets in it. I think they would be good for catching some honey in them🐝🍯 or some orange marmalade🍊I’m currently oven drying some orange slices to hang on my Christmas tree this year. The smell is wonderful, so I am wanting to eat some orange marmalade. I hope you have a nice weekend🌈✨

What a video, thank you Mocha and wife. Drinking my coffee coffee this morning in San Diego California, with beautiful day and watching your video very relaxing time. I want to let you know, I invited some friends to my house, 2 weeks ago, just for snacks and time together, one of the snacks was something I learned from you: dates, cream cheese and walnut, like little sandwich, you made that in one of your videos, everybody liked them. God bless you and your wife.
As I watch your beautiful videos I just drift off to a calm place that I want to remain in. I really enjoy your company and always look forward to a new upload as I’ve watched every single one up to now! I find your wisdom and tutorials so enjoyable I could just watch them all day long. …..I LOVE the song in this video that you frequently play, I will be singing it again for the rest of the day…….Until we ‘meet’ again Mocha, thank you xx✨xx

Thank you for your kind comments. I hope you continue to enjoy my videos.🤗
I adore this bread and the bruschetta or toasted slide of bread seasoning with garlic and whatever you want! Just an advice: cut basil make it bitter sometimes it’s ever better use hands an not metallic cook instruments as knife or another kind of blades. If you cut it by hands it remains fresh for hours and don’t bleed….thank you for sharing the bread therapy, my favorite 🤩💜 have a nice week
True, simplicity is harder than complexity... That's why a lot of people complexify

Hi mocha, I would like to try this recipe. Did you use the all whole wheat flour, instead of the mix all purpose flour with wheat flour as mentioned on your recipe?
