Reproduction (mimicking/imitating speech) is not only a crucial method of language learning, but it is also one of the most primal (after listening). This is a method you used to learn your native language without even knowing it! It is a method that children and toddlers use to learn to speak because it's one you use before you learn how to read. Thank you sensei !

Thank you for this! My grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation are doing well, but I easily get tongue-tied speaking and this was an excellent exercise to help me practice. The more I speak, the more natural it becomes. 😊

Mochi Sensei Mochi Sensei ! Please correct me if I am wrong but I think I just discovered something remarkable! The word "de" appears to have the same or similar meaning in Japanese as it does in Spanish! In Spanish the word "de" usually means "of" or "from" but it can also mean "by" as in the example sentence you give in this video "shinkansen *de* ikimasu" 2:26

9:34, there seems to be a messup in the romaji there. It looks like you put heya instead of mado. For practicing speaking I normally use romaji just so I don't spend time figuring out the kanji during speaking, and it's literally the only reason I noticed it.
