1st: I listen when walking with the KZbin speed down to 75% This helps me catch the pronunciation of the different r sounds, letter variants and combinations 2nd: I watch 3rd time: I cover the romanji to help with reading So... I listen at least 3 times AND am improving. Thank you!! Your videos are simple and clear.

Years ago I had basic Japanese language lessons while stationed there. My memory hasn't failed yet and its nice to be able to engage in small conversations. Soon I'll finish my degree program and will put every effort into learning the language. Look like it was meant for me to find this channel.

I'm Brazilian and I really like the culture and the fascinating Japanese language. I love Kabuki theater, the sound of taiko, shamisen and koto. My dream is to attend a live kabuki and taiko performance. I already know how to read and write Hiragana and I'm memorizing the Katakana alphabet. I believe that the biggest difficulty for those who aren't native are the famous Kanjis. A suggestion on my part would be to use terms that are written with Kanji and use Hiragana at the top to know how to read the Kanji in question how was it done at 6:35 and 6:43 in the video. Exemple: 私 (わたし) watashi 日本 (にほん) nihon 東京 (とうきょう) にすんでいます toukyou ni sunde imasu And I'm glad we're learning more from your wonderful classes 🤩 先生ありがとうございました ❤
