I have noticed that Mochy often uses both hands to handle the checkers, isn't this against the rules?
@DavidKlausa2 жыл бұрын
Yes, but it is not a strictly enforced rule. If a player's use of both hands is bothering the opponent, the opponent can ask they use only one hand. Most players don't care, though I do often ask my opponent to use only one hand.

Did Kazuki redouble at 34:35 simply due to his time being low? Under "ordinary" circumstances (no time trouble) XG says it was a big blunder (-0.165)
@bgmochy4 жыл бұрын
It was a part of the reason he said after the match. Of course it wasn't the only reason - the position was close call in his mind. If he had a closed board, then it was a big double.

Hi Possawat. I'm not 100% sure, but I think it is a backgammon set made by Aries. It has a very nice nostalgic flair of the 1970ies. Here is a link to Aries backgammon sets: www.gammonvillage.com/backgammon-shop/backgammon-brands/aries/

In the last game, was it wrong for Kazuki to double? When should you double at this match score? I would've doubled because if score and timing problems.

@@bgmochy I don't like the shape of the banner because it covers part of the board and makes it difficult to follow the game. Other ads appear every 5-6 minutes, this is very common and prevents you from concentrating on watching the game. If you can, please do something.
