No questions were asked about the reason for a 3 months shutdown. A fall in the producer's public image can also be an important reason for decline in sales and competitors gaining market share.

Also, tier 1 and tier 2 analysis related to buying where most of the sales fell. Using these again, we can determine from which side we should move more

In a highly competitive market, a negligible(often ignored) increase in cost (From manf. or the retailer) could reflect on the revenue part and hence it is important to analyze the cost part too, to be absolutely sure that this is not a response of a cost issue.

Suggestion: Not moving somewhere in india but many somewhere in India where sales from our retailers and distri. higher so that we reduce transportation cost... And nobody needs to hire someone to look at this.. anyone who has practised can do this... 🙄 Owner himself can do why hire anyone

very comprehensive but the twist in the end was very unexpected and oversimplified the solution... at 21:30 they take a u-turn and analyse costs when in the beginning the interviewer said costs are not an issue! sales were driven by prices, which were driven by costs.. thats it.

I agree but came to it later after understanding that now it's the needs to come to this cz our selling price is higher than competitors so why?? But in the beginning he had no reason as to why look at the C.P.

If we directly find out the product life cycle where our product stands or related to that what our competitive pricing is, Or either we can go for external analysis using 5 porters. Is it a good way to approach it?

He didn't ask if the client is open to reducing their margins on the product to pull more consumers.

illogical conclusion ...shifting manufacturing plant to another place for declining sales...rather than reducing profit margin...😂
