I think the whole point is that they forgot each other. Everybody needs to remember that they are pretty much role-playing and the concept behind this story project is that all the girls lost their memories so even though we can hear Mococo in the background yelling, the two are are "strangers" to eachother. The only way for them not to catch each other noises is for them to have a separate room each which I doubt something they would like to do.
