#037 Octopus carpaccio Japanese style

【Ingredients/amount】
Octopus (boiled)-----------------1
Young onion shoots------------1
Purple cabbage sprout-------1/3
Bell pepper (red)-----------------1/8
Ginger---------------------------------1
Myoga---------------------------------2
Radish--------------------------------50〜60 g
Green shiso leaves-------------5
White sesame---------------------desired amount
A)ーーーーーーーーーーーーーーーー
Vegetable oil------------3 tbsp
Apple vinegar ----------1 tbsp
Soy sauce----------------1/2 tbsp
Salt and pepper-------a little per each
【Cooking process】
① Shred a radish and ginger, cut myoga diagonally, slice a bell pepper
thinly, put them in a bowl and soak them, drain them.
② Add young onion shoots and purple cabbage sprout with roots cut off, shredded green shiso leaves, and white sesame in ①'s bowl, mix them all up.
③ Slice an octopus thinly.
④ Put A in another bowl and mix it up.
⑤ Decorate the octopus on a plate, place ② colorfully, pour in ④.
【Tip】
※It's okay to marinate the octopus with dressing just after cutting it.
