nptelhrd, there is a mistake at the end in the value of I dash 1 and r dash ...due to which further equations are going wrong. kindly look into this.

Do the transformer have secondary voltage at 90 degree phase shift from primary voltage? Please reply

sir but all the books shows different phasor diagrams some shows E1&E2 downwards and I2' in antiphase with I2 so this is creating a lot of confusion . sir could you please help me out.

Phasor diagram depends on type of load i.e for resistive load E1,E2, I1 and I2 are in same phase.For Inductive load I1,I2 are in same phase and lag by 90 degree with E1,E2 and for capacitive load I1,I2 lead by 90 degree from E1,E2.

Palash Singhai​ actually their is difference in choosing the reference vector you can choose any one of them so bhot are correct the difference just lies in the reference vector.

but in the books the the flux is leading the voltages whereas here the flux is lagging what ever reference vector we choose the flux should lag the voltages

Yes that's true that's why I am not following this video I just saw it as to clear my other concepts but I do go with the notations that flux should lag voltage . Palash Singhai​

bro i too had the same confusion but he is right.let me explain u. see bro we have written a kvl equation such that v1=e1.and e1=Nd(phi)/dt.but books have the equation v+e=0and v=-Nd(phi)/dt.
