40:33 Shouldn't that be Delta v = Isp * g * ln (Mi/Mf) ?? Or is the g implicit in the Isp in this version of the formula?

I do not understand how Vj can be equal to ISP. Vj is in m/s and isp is in s right?

If F=mdot Vj=mdot Isp then we will get Vj=Isp in this case Isp unit is N-s/kg*(m/s) but if we consider gravity then Isp unit is s okay understood.

wrong isp = impulse/mass.= kg*m*s^-1/kg= m*s^-1. so vj=isp.
