This is good, however, the textbooks that specify Isp in seconds define it as Total Impulse (N-sec) per unit **WEIGHT**(N), cancelling and leaving seconds

You're taking about chamber the fluid is assumed to be stagnant considering the quasi static one dimensional assumption
