Why we don't use don't care in t flip flop

because to display on seven segment display we need to decode 4 bit bcd but we have only 3 bits

In this circuit we use led as output and on/off will consider as 1/0 Means 3 output led And if u want to use bcd to 7 segment then use 4 bit as input and expression will.be different and 6 to 15 will consider as don't care
