Thanks for the great tutorial! Question - did you have any issues with the Blind Spot system not working after this? I've ready many reviews saying that the BSM stops working.

I've had no issues with my BSM. Its not part of the mirror except the light itself. The sensors are in your rear 1/4 bumper area.

Yes, still great. The mirrors aren’t 100% identical but close enough where these work in them.

What trim level is this Highlander?

The one in the video was a platinum. But mod works on all trims with mirrors like seen.

@@killabandit thanks. I was actually looking at the internals. I have a Bronze edition 2022. And it has the puddle lights that project “HIGHLANDER”. And someone asked to see how mine is wired up. I rather show them your video that start tearing into mine. LOL.

@@Solscud007 agreed. 2020 platinum has the puddle as well. I put LEDs in it to make it brighter.
