I have a legit account lvl 540 and I own pretty much everything I want. I've played since day 1 launch on ps3. I've taken breaks from it over the years but I always find myself coming back. Money can't buy experience and most players today will never know what it was like back when modders would legit be in your lobby dropping million dollar bounties on people. It was pure chaos and we loved it. Now days there is no pvp anymore, at least not in the way it used to be. It's very rare to have a fight with guns. It's all rc cars, mk2s, and ghost bst Noobs. Very boring to the old school players

you have a good point about all of this, I play on xbox and my buddy bought us all modded accounts for christmas (banned now) and they were pretty fun, but you do get bored of certain things quick but the majority of whats fun about the game stays, and I do get that a lot of people who have modded accounts grief but not all of us, we just like to buy jets/helicopters or cool cars and drive around or just dog fight each other around the map, and the only times we ever "griefed" anyone was when they messed with us first so I dont even count it, basically im saying that modded accounts are pretty fun, if you got the money to blow and you want to get one then get one, realistically theres no harm to it, plus GTA is already boring after years of doing the exact same stuff (I have a legit account thats almost level 500 so I do speak from experience)

honestly a possible solution could be checking the play time on an account and comparing it to the level, or money. It would probably ban a lot of new cheaters making it more difficult to purchase mods and just max out. Or they could, if your suspicious or just a blatant Modder, put you into modder only servers so non-modders could have a good experienced without the constant grieving.

My friend got scammed for buying a account. I think grinding 1-4 hours is fine if you want to kill time. I play mostly free roam with full player lobbies just to mess around. If my friend got a modded accounts is not interesting to play with because he have everything in the game. Don’t need every vehicle to have fun

Bruh, if someone is legit level 8000 it shows in the play time, modded acc won't show that amount hours/days of play time. And obviously there has to be a log file that shows every action a player has done so you know they did grind comparing to a modded account that had everything in no time, So yeah, it's extremely easy to know who is cheating and who don't, they just don't bother to do so easy step for every reported account because they don't care.
