Awesome set of videos. When I was first Learning about Arcade Controls and then adding them to my cabs i also did the mix match thing. But I find that the controls feel better when they are pair with their respective buttons set. Cool Videos though! Thanks for Sharing!

What version of MK4 is that? I want to somehow run it on my MKII deluxe.

@robkrasinski6217 you would have to strip the mk2d and install a pc. I'm running the pc port of MK4

How do you get the stock deck to work with a pc? Do you have to replace the encoder board and unhook the button and stick wires and hook them up to the new encoder board? Screw that, I would just use an X-Arcade joystick on it, I have the one without trackball and the one with trackball that I haven't used yet. I did a mod with the Costco MK with an X-Arcade stick on it playing Dreamcast and PS2. I got the Costco MK on ebay in Feb 2020 and took it apart to put a different 1up that I got, KI pro and I also got the new MKII deluxe.

@@robkrasinski6217 if you want to keep the stock panel then yes u have to rewire every button and joystick 1 by 1. It's tedious your first time but Im a modding veteran. This cab's biggest feature is that world map control panel. Look at the result tho; its worth it, trust me.

Subscribed. Just bought this cabinet and want to do the same type of thing since I don't have room for more cabinets. What software should I be looking at to get the same game selection? Thanks for posting!

You're gonna need: 1) USB encoders boards, 2) hdmi converter board 3) a pc,(smaller the better) 4) steam and 5) street fighter anniversary edition

@@octoman_games that's awesome, thank you. I see there are a number of other good arcade options on steam I never looked at before. Do you ever switch back to stock cabinet to play any of those games? Easy to do?
