Props, 50mph caught my eye haha, i can hit 39mph for now using a 48volt 1500watt amazon motor on a 72 volt 1500watt controller. getting up another 10-15 mph would take a bit haha.. i see a build in this frame style for my future, larger tires and full suspension would be nice hitting some these roads

Hub, controller and electronics ~$700 Battery, depending on battery size $500-700 I got the 30ah and paid close to 700. But one can browse around to find better deals.

3kw nominal and peaks at around 8kw for a few seconds. Can run it harder but heat is a major factor.

Raul...that's what I'm doing to my bike. Is that just a standard 20x4 rim? Does it seem strong enough? Where did you get the motor laced in? I'm putting a qs205 in mine, but they said the rim isn't really strong enough. I was going to put in on the stock z1 rims.

Ah I saw in your other video you laced it yourself into the stock rim. Man that's a lot of power on stock rims and weight. They told me it would snap easily hitting bumps.

Thank you!! I haven’t really seen or messed with an Ariel rider but I’m sure with the right kit it will work. Another thing to look out for is aluminum frame vs steel frame. Steel frames are a little more robust and can’t take a beating.

Thank you! And yes, it is just hanging in the frame bag. The straps are pretty heavy duty so luckily I haven’t had any problems yet. I’ve also done some off-roading with small jumps and everything seems okay...for now lol. But you should build one! Keep us updated on your build. Love seeing diy builds.

Also you mentioned about the Qs205 on another comment, was wondering why you did not use the QS205 instead. Im assuming the qs205 would pump out a little more torque? Yes I stripped all the internals and I had this mxus motor laying around which is why I installed it on the z1. I also used the stock rim and had someone lace the motor to the z1 rim. I recommend QS because of the brand and quality of their motors but honestly both brands are great. Make sure you get a motor with 150mm dropout spacing. Hope this helped
