MODDER HAS AN ILLEGAL BUILD?!

A Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 PS5 modder has an illegal moveset. AKA he's a modder. He has a few different Awoken Skills on one build, such as Kaioken, Super Saiyan 2 and Future Super Saiyan and a few of the recent Festival skills which as of right now are not available for our CACs. But apart from that, the guy is just... eh.
