Here is a tip for doing the king pin bushings. Leave one of the old bushings in as a guide to line up your reamer.

Heat your grease fittings and what you are trying to grease with a heat gun and the old grease will soften up. It works like a charm.

use a drill bit turn with your fingers it will walk the old hard grease out & up the flutes of the drill bit also heat gun helps

Side note, I'd love to know where you found your grease gun and name? I tried looking it up but no luck... i need this for greasing my 38 Pontiac, my traditional gun works but yours looked amazing.. cheers

It is a Harbor Freight, Pittsburgh brand. Rubber hose didn't last long. But I had a real old grease gun around and the metal hose on that one screwed right into it.
