Very well designed camper, having a Murphy bed is a bonus, great bathroom with the big cupboard. The outdoor kitchen is fantastic, it's where you want to cook while camping. I like the kitchen being straight ahead with the dining area overlooking the camp grounds rather than the boring hoses and cables.

I don’t think buyers realize how important it is to have that big campside window. Being able to sit, have coffee and look outside in the rain is part of the experience.

Two things I noticed. There is no strap on the bed to keep your sheets, blankets and pillows secured (like Forest River does on the Rockwood version of the Murphy bed). Also, no silverware drawer.

If the R pod 180 had a bed that folded into a couch like this, it would be the perfect camper. If the dinner table area was on a slide out, this would be close to the perfect camper.

That may be an improvement over my 2019 Rockwood Mini Lite with essentially the same floorplan. The bed on this one looks easier to take down and put up, something that is kind of a pain on mine. Plus, I don't think I'd really miss the slide out.

This is the first R-Pod travel trailer I have seen that l really like. I just have 2 things I would do different. Less white on the inside. It’s to much. I would also ad a viewing window on the curb side by the sofa. I like the front window. I like the look of the tempered glass door, but I have a question about the long term resistance to damage and breakage. And I bet it’s expensive too. Oh, my ideal roof? One with no holes cut into it. As in none, nope, nada, zip! That way no sealant break down or water intrusion path.

Aluminum diamond plate sucks. I wish they would make it from thin stainless. I have it on my 5 year old 18' trailer and I travel a lot in it. I had to patch corrosion holes. A few improvements in trailers would go a long way. I'd rather have good outside protection than some extra bullshit like a grill. Campfire is best. End of rant - happy camping!

There are no plastic/vinyl wall enclosures about shower area. I like this trailer very much. The lack of shower wall water spray protection is a deal breaker. 🙁

Love the R-pods and also love the murphy beds but Rockwood has the best. Looks nice folded up and I don't have a foot of mattress bottom showing when raised.

Why don't they have screen rooms that connect/zip to the awning. It gives you an extra room. They used to have them on pop ups.

Because of the proliferation of easier and better options...ie Clam products. The attached screen rooms were hard to seal from bugs because of the camper side area underneath. It required a whole different set of pieces to fill it. Also a hassle to remove/fold etc every time. The new types can be erected by 1 person in less than a coulple minutes.

See a future problem with the bed. When you fold cushions out to lay bed on. There is nothing to support the weight on the front. Over time it will be a issue

Hey Ray, The RP192 is supposed to include an outdoor hot/cold shower station. But in your video, I don't see it, but you still have it listed in the specifications on your website. Did the manufacturer remove this feature for the 2021 mid-year model? The 2020 model has the outdoor shower station, which is right below the kitchen window (driver's side of the coach). I'm debating between this one and the 196. The 196 doesn't have an outdoor shower station because that model has a slide-out on the driver's side of the coach instead. Finally, Is there a choice of interior seating color on the 2021 model? Thanks in advance.

I put a dish drying mat on the flat top stove. Then quickly hand dry with a towel and put away. Works fine, no issues.

Love the Murphy bed, the pocket door separating the bath from the living space. The central vac, the tinted glass for privacy during the day That huge exhaust fan. Perfect getaway for ME!

I like the light colors inside but the exterior paint is goofy. No counter space in the kitchen and a stationary bed is better. Take out the dinette and put in a real oven and a small table with recliners. Other than that, it's great.

Why is it that you hear about all these windshields "blowing out"? Seems odd that no one ever complained about chunks of fiberglass being ripped from the fronts of their trailers or at least chips being taken out before.

I disagree . Everyone has different needs . For me the Murphy bed has its place for my needs. I don't want a bed always out when not needed taking up space. Plus a couch to set on. When you're talking small and lightweight you have to compromise on your wants and needs . And as soon as I hit the lottery I will no longer need a Murphy bed , lol. Happy camping!

There are a few trailers out there with twin beds for you, but murphy beds in smaller trailers are definitely not stupid. If I were single, I may actually do a smaller R-pod with the rear bunk beds. I think that top bunk would be a great place to throw some gear and have it out of the way.
