Hi Harry.thanks for the video.One lifetime is not enough to do all the things one would like to.My wife say's that I already have too many hobbies.The time and patience required to make these engines is considerable not to mention the expense.Very interesting though.Ken

I once made a longcase clock and 500 hours later I had a lovely clock....seeing that engine was making me think do I want to spend 1,000 hours or so making it...tempting, but probably not....though it is really great!

the ladder looking tool is actually upside down. it is a therapeutic tool for the rich and/or females who had arthritis. those were fastened to a wall and they literally walked their fingers up and down it for the exercise.
