I went last year, nice little club. Wish the ground level was dual gauge though

Yes, it used to be, but when the extension was built that was only 7 1/4, which was a shame, and I expect would put off some 5”. I don’t think it was long before it was removed all together.

Interesting to see the improvements to the BR class 4. The glazing and cab gauges look great.

Thank you. I wouldn’t go that far, I think there’s a lot of scope for improvement in the videography, but it is a fun addition to my days out.

Lovely loco, good to see a KS model running well. I think I'm too old to gather the knowledge, to know what to do to get mine running well 😞 Especially working on the pistons and valve arrangement.

It is generally members only, many clubs also giving rides to the public at specific times. It is possible to get involved, I’d suggest finding a local club and going along and chatting to members and ask about getting involved.
