Hopefully it went to a museum or a private collector. Imagine the thousands of hours that went into creating that display paper army.

Unless he was very careful in his choice of glue, and fastidious about storing them, I would be very surprised if the bulk of them had survived more than 20 years. I hope that something of them has been saved, but I doubt any still stand upright with all the bits stuck on. Thank goodness we have this film.
