I think the problem is the company choosing to label it the brightening cleansing pad. It makes it seem like it’s supposed to be cleansed off the skin like a cleanser which is inaccurate. She should think of it more as a brightening pad. I could understand her mistake.

I second Kelis as an esthetician those are just her natural lashes all though she may have had them tinted and permed. Mine look like that when I tint and perm them too. Just genetics although lash serums may help
