if I am not using my caliper I remove the battery and put both in a case

I noticed that the calipers, which cost only 9.99 euros, quickly ran out of battery. Also, they are not exact. I use a vernier caliper that comes from a specialist shop and the same batteries last a very long time. Externally, all calipers look absolutely the same, regardless of whether they are cheap or expensive. 🤔

I don't use my digital Vernier any more. Too many flat batteries. I have a dial version. Much easier to read and no battery to go flat.
