In this episode of Model Stuff we feature the Italian kit manufacturer Amati Models. Our examination delves into some of the amazing wood kits the company produces, from their masterpiece tall ships to their kid-friendly craft kits. We also look at the company's vast tool and material catalogue. We'll get hands on with some supplies the company sent us including a swatch of their sail material, tin foil, a pounce tool and white metal figures.

With my skills I'd have to build the horses or mask. But after looking at their catalogue I admit I'm really tempted to try my hand at one of the sail boats. I can see a wood ship build as part of the series maybe sometime in the future. Thanks Flup.
