That oil drain flow is intense like my focus trans. I have covered the driveway in amsoil many times until recently.

I had a 1916 touring car. What are the advantages of pouring the oil into the top of the transmission? Never heard of that. Not saying it’s wrong but just curious about the logic behind it. Thanks!

I've also heard 10W-40 in the summer and 5 w40 in the winter. Although these 40 weight oils may be reserved for an engine that's beginning to get sloppy in the bearings. Considering all of these cars have survived until today, using Straight 30 weight, it's reasonable to assume that all of these grades, may be correct. I don't think you forgot the oil screen. I think it was edited out. I was amazed at how filthy it got after just one year.

Omg don't put Pennzoil in any thing kid . that's just asking for trouble. Use castrol or valvoline in old engines.
