It's a peculiar method to build a cardstock model. Doing the deck-bulkhead-deck-bulkhead sandwich is fine - but won't that lead to differences in finished height from one model to another? At 7:46 I see more of these little strips of paper apparently making the plating of the overhang of the stern - but it all seems very 'freestyle', in that I can't see where the parts are actually supposed to sit? We also need to see the end product - surely you have video or pics of the prototype?

It is a very different method to build a model ship, however it works well. As long as you use the printable parts and the correct thickness floor board as described in the kit, there is no variation. Since this video was made, numerous improvements have been made to the model. The strips of paper you now see have part numbers and have more specific instructions. Video and photos of end product coming soon. We are working on Part 2.
