My only issue with that neighborhood is that everyone who lives up in Pronghorn Ranch will be passing by the entrance. I can see long waits to get out, especially on weekends.

Speaking of that subdivision, the city needs to get Pronghorn Ranch Pkwy widen to 4 lanes from the clubhouse to Viewpoint Dr and add sidewalks both sides. Infrastructure is lagging behind.
