I don’t blame him. African Americans especially males, are more often framed for things they didn’t do! Look at The Innocence Project. The doctor was arrogant, and tried to pin it on a black man. The doctor even suggested his wife may have been having an affair with the gardener. Further, if someone is laying at the bottom of a pool, with arms in a frozen position that suggests Rigor mortis (the forth stage of death, 1-6 hours) has begun to set in. The water was really cold so it could have taken longer. If that was me I wouldn’t have jumped into that pool, and touched that dead body either. The gardener was smart, because African Americans know…usually, we are not given the benefit of the doubt! Plus you could hear it in his voice that he was freaked out! Not to mention his teenage son was with him. I don’t blame him for NOT jumping in at all. Don’t get me wrong, lots of criminals who are black may indeed be guilty. Still more often then not just by virtue of being black we are suspect.

Assuming this guy did murder his wife, which isn't 100% proven, I still don't see how sending him to prison for life does anything for the victim. The victim is dead regardless. I only see the need for petty vengeance that you call justice at play. It's a simple, emotional, feeling, and not a particularly moral one.
@greenman6141 Жыл бұрын
@@ryanrandolph7734 1. a sentence is not made to "do anything for the victim". There are a host of factors, including but not limited to: punishment, protecting society, deterrence, and for justice being seen to be done as this impacts people personally involved and wider social groups, and society. 2. the murdered woman is not the only victim. She had children. The children are also victims, her friends are also victim. Indeed society as a whole is a victim. It is explicitly so in the sense that the state is the plaintiff. Your quite astonishingly callous and dangerous view boils down to this: if someone is dead no penalty affects them so none is required. By that reasoning every person who rapes someone, a woman, a child.would be better off murdering their victim as well. LIkewise anyone that someone assaults in anyway, or robs, or defrauds, or does anything illegal or unpleasant to. It ENCOURAGES murder. Wow. Quite the brilliant legal mind at work here. Fortunately for all societies, you are not involved in laws or courts.

I’m so heartbroken for the innocent baby girls who lost their Mummy in such an horrific way all because (imo) of their Dad. I truly am so sorry for both of them. I also believe 100% that he DID this horrendous act. When asked if he killed her, did you notice his head nod (after it shaking as if to say no)? This happened twice in that interview. Samira, I’m so sorry that your life was cut so short and that you were taken away from your babies. 😢

The blame goes both ways. She shouldn’t have married him for the money- she didn’t love him as she was always flaunting his money and not working and every time they had arguments and she she left he would take pictures of $100 bills on the bed and send it to her and she would come back? Why? He didn’t love her because he didn’t respect her- he knew that she was around because of the money, she wasn’t working and had tempers. They were wrong for one another. I am not saying that she deserved to die; what I am saying is that both of them were toxic. Also her friend was saying that she was a great mother because she had her kids in expensive clothes and strollers and expensive birthday parties- that doesn’t mean that you are a great mother( a real mother is attentive to her child’s emotional and mental health as well as physical health).

Way to blame the victim. It's his fault he killed her, and not the blame doesn't "go both ways." Yes, the relationship was horrible, but such relationships are common. I can't believe people are agreeing with this statement.

@elysam597411 ай бұрын
I remember this awful case. A way too common occurrence. It was an abusive controlling relationship and she was finally tired of those aspects and tried to regain her independence. True to form once he realized no amount of finagling or threats or gifts was going to change her mind--he killed her. That hedonistic, no holds barred--plastic dysfunctional lifestyle never ends well. Despite all that, this lady didn't deserve that fate. Shame on him.😞
