I have been building these Monogram Classics for decades now. I have quite a few in my collectuon and they never dissapoint. This Benz came out excellent. Once you build one you cannot stop. I forget how many are in the series but Atlantis may have the molds. We may see them again one day. I know that any time I aee a mint kit at a show I usually biy it.

That turned out fantastic! Now you gave me some real inspiration for getting mine down and getting going on it. My biggest problem is picking a color to bring it's rich heritage out with, thinking a dark maroon, or maybe a really deep black or maybe even the dark maroon on the body with black fenders.

Looks nice and shiny! That color combination is snazzy! I think your mistake that might be obvious is the Landau iron placement on the top down position. Also, the letter Ds (Deutschland) on the rear bumpers, are polished aluminum if you want to foil or paint them
