For rigid diaphragm you must get same drift at the different points But in the table you shown drift values are different at different points

The unsymmetrical layout of their frames shifts their center of rigidity away from the center of mass, resulting in torsion on the rigid diaphragm which would account for the variation in drift values at different points in the diaphragm (the no eccentricity designation for the seismic load case would be for code eccentricity)
