Modeling Bottleneck Creek - Part one, Testing Ideas

This week we are testing ideas for modeling the creeks on our 1:20.3 model railroad. These ideas include using acetate to create the creekbed with a cut bank and novelty pencils as fallen trees.
Karyn is making cattails and grasses for the ponds and standing pools and we are searching the backyard and flower aisle at Walmart for anything that may be useful along the creek.
