I grasp the concept and I have experienced the self or at least awareness through meditation. observing without attachment and allowing any thought to come and rise and then dissolve . no judgement just rest. I often find it difficult to reach this state and find myself trying to be still with no mind. I understand this is incorrect and is more like practice . perhaps I just need more time, perhaps I am still clinging to Ideas as I often try to go deeper into meaning . trying to understand what is infinite with a finite mind. I feel the benefit of bringing this practice into my life and things do feel like they start to just fall into place as the more I try not to identify and just be. giving meaning seems to be my barrier or the vail that still covers me. thanks for uploading a great video and i wish peace to you.

I never enjoyed society and excluded myself my whole life, then last year i had an experience with some astral entities and it lead me down the spiritual path, Now I understand why the system want to keep everyone blind and oppressed even more so, the fear and control narrative, the heaven or hell narrative, the science that doesn't even understand the basics of our world yet think they are the authority on reality and everyone believes them 😂. Ive had a few theories that science later confirm and im like see i knew that already now catch up with the rest.
