As a beginner, I'm very glad that you've improved your explanations a lot better in the last couple of videos. Plus, breaking the video up into smaller sections was a brilliant idea! Good stuff as always, Cheers~

Thanks for the impressive algorithmic modeling.🤠 I'm unsure whether the tower's Roof, which boasts a smooth and neat curvature, is achieved with Weaverbird or loft option adjustments? (Since it's the tower's peak with intricate mesh frames.) Thanks
@3DBeast6 ай бұрын
Thanks! You could increase the density of the mesh for a smoother result. Also, you can try adjusting the thickness of the frame based on their size

3D Beast! I’ve followed your tutorial but came across a “problem”. After making the facade panel subdivisions and using the Weaverbird Mesh From Lines component, I bake the mesh but it bakes as one single monolithic mesh and not as individual panels, like in your video. Any reason why this might be? Thanks for any suggestions!
@3DBeast4 ай бұрын
The mesh you’re getting is also a single mesh for me. To select individual faces, use Ctrl + Shift and click on the desired face. If your goal is to separate each panel into individual pieces, connect the output of the "Weaverbird Mesh From Lines" component to the "Face Boundaries" component, and then to the "Simple Mesh" component. This will give you each panel as a separate mesh. I hope this helps!
