My mother had this attitude and she modelled her self after Twiggy it was a Beautiful out come to look at but not the bulimia ,Anorexia during her time and the Mental Health problems that followed when her age took it all away. Her age and her love of smoking and drinking Gin&Tonic and Champagne it caught up with her those wonderful 60’s . The averts said it was healthy to smoke and made you Beautiful and radiant 🤦‍♂️. Lady said it’s great they are getting a look in it’s always been about the curvaceous or big lass , Now it’s there turn. Yup your turn to become ill if you don’t look after yourself while your chasing the dragon .

So many people think that skinny models don’t eat, those people are wrong most skinny models eat healthy and exercise. It’s sad to see all of these overweight people taking jobs away from people that have worked hard for the body they have, I am a personal trainer and most of the people that come to me saying that they can’t lose weight due to health problems are wrong! sure they might not be able to become a size 6 (UK) but they can usually get down to at least a size 12 with a good amount of muscle when they put in the work, eating healthy and exercise doesn’t just help the body it also helps the mind.
