How do you add those images to solidworks? I mean i know how to add them but the problem is how to get the proper size cos i do not want to make something bigger or smaller!

If you draw a line in the sketch with a dimension before inserting sketch picture then you can drag the corner of the picture to scale. Alternatively there is a scale tool built in in later versions of SW
