Best thing I like about the fist of war kits I have is all the spares for kit bash projects later
@ModelNerd9 ай бұрын
Yeah, they do give you a lot of extra plastic

Sometimes it's better to say its finished rather than continuing and being disappointed with the result. IMO you've done a beaut job overall, especially the camo.

I think you are being too hard on yourself, it turned out great! They don't always turn out like we envision, but it looks awesome.

Nice work, I have a love / hate affair with link and length tracks. Great paint job.

Thanks. Me too - I don't really mind rubber band tracks to be honest!
@zulerodoeht3299 ай бұрын
I too like rubber band tracks, but I have discovered by trial and lots of error, that workable tracks and workable suspension allows me the most versatility, once they are in place and most of the painting done, I glue the suspension to a static position. @@ModelNerd

Its a good looking model and I like the paint scheme. Looks like the left track gave you a few problems. I can't say I am a fan of link and length track. I tend to seek out models with "working track" Its more work to assemble but I think it is easier in the painting stage where the tracks can easily be removed.
@ModelNerd9 ай бұрын
Thanks. Yes I agreed - link and length tracks are a real pain.

Looks brilliant mate. Your comment on random. Its an oddity of humans, we can't handle true randomness. We always somehow end up in a pattern.

@@ModelNerd also I wonder if anyone does card kits of these... paper paper panzers...
@johntreloar82039 ай бұрын
I don't know about the E 60 Stu?, it looks all out of proportion, I've built the E 75 and a few E100's, they look fairly realistic, even though they are also paper panzers, I thinks the Fist of war range are basically gaming tanks? but having said that you still did a good job of it.
@ModelNerd9 ай бұрын
Thanks. Yes, they are sort of "paper paper panzers" for sure. Conpletely fictious.
@der_fuxs9 ай бұрын
E-100 hull was partially built and captured in 45. E-75 essentially was an upscaled Tiger B. The FoW kits are just creative ideas and have nothing to with anything that was sketched on blueprints or even built as a prototype.

Looks great Stu!Looks amazing,and I love the geometrii shapes,and also I just finished painting a Sturmtiger,using your video for help so Thanks! I also have a question,would a What if e100 stuck in ice diorama be a good idea?
@ModelNerd9 ай бұрын
Thanks mate. I do like the look of the E-100. Kits seems a bit pricey, but it's on my "keep an eye out for" list.
