Very great coverage, looking forward to more. I'm still kind of confused as to exactly what the game is, if that makes any sence. Is it comparible to KSP career mode? Or is it more sandbox-like?

There will be a mode like career mode (with missions0 where you are required to do steps like build starship versions, rollout launch... and over time you can automate steps such as rollout and launches (like if you wanted 500 starlink launches per year automated). The other mode is similar, but you are not required to do all of the steps, you can skip ahead. This is a work in progress idea so take it with a pinch of salt.
